What does the IDEA Group mean to you: The opportunity to sit with others that know a change needs to be made and are willing to not just talk about it, but to as the saying goes, "put some skin in the game" and help bring about change in a safe space where courageous conversations can be had.
What impact do you hope the IDEA Group will have on Flagship: I'm hoping that Flagship will see the value not only for business purposes but the overall value in attracting more minority potential employees and will see the value in retaining the current minority employees.
What words would your friends use to describe you? Compassionate, loving and honest.
If you were an animal-what would you be? Lioness
What did you want to be when you were 5? Well, I don't know at 5 but from my earliest recollection, I have always wanted to be a police officer.
What superpower do you wish you had? The ability to make people tell the truth.
What are you top three favorite songs? I think it might be easier to answer my favorite type of music as I have so many songs I like: Gospel, Jazz and Salsa music.
