What does the IDEA Group mean to you: A haven to say everything and anything you don't normally say or talk about at work.
What impact do you hope the IDEA Group will have on Flagship: I truly hope all concerns that surface get resolved, I hope that we can walk the walk, and not just talk the talk. That through this change and exposure to the new environment these changes would produce, all employees' work and personal lives are touched, improved, and empowered.
What words would your friends use to describe you? Nice, Smart, Spiritual
If you were an animal-what would you be? Maybe an Eagle, must be nice living at great heights and to see it all. A tortoise to live many years, or even a dog to bring joy, comfort, and protection to those I love.
What did you want to be when you were 5? A Super Star at night and a teacher in the day.
What superpower do you wish you had? The power to know the real truth about everything/anything.
What are you top three favorite songs? I love to sing so I don't have top 3 favorite songs.
