# IDEA Group Member Spotlight: Damon J.

Flagship’s IDEA Group members have been working hard behind the scenes and are so proud to support Inclusion and Diversity efforts across the company. We thought it was time to bring these folks out of the shadows and introduce themselves to you!
**Job Title**: Front of House
**Work Location**: Menlo Park. CA
**Hobbies/Interests:** Love of Learning, Gardening and Yoga
**What does the IDEA Group mean to you**: To advocate a diverse group of individuals for ONE common cause.
**What impact do you hope the IDEA Group will have on Flagship**: Social change in the workplace and understanding from low-level employees and management. To have not one voice left unheard and take the appropriate action to manifestation into enhancement.
**What words would your friends use to describe you?** Spiritual, Peaceful, and Universal.
**If you were an animal-what would you be?** Tiger
**What did you want to be when you were 5?** I had a vision to speak to millions of people one day. For my voice to be heard. To say what? I'm still a work in progress.
**What superpower do you wish you had?** Read minds
**What are you top three favorite songs?**
- "TRIUMPH," by WU-TANG Clan
- "Welcome to the Terrordome," by Public Enemy
- "Sugarhill," by AZ
