# Employee Spotlight: Eric M.
Categories: [Aviation](https://flagshipinc.com/category/aviation/), [Employees](https://flagshipinc.com/category/employees/), [Diversity & Inclusion](https://flagshipinc.com/category/diversity-inclusion/)
We wanted to take a moment to recognize Eric M., 3rd Shift C2, B Concourse at Denver Airport. Eric was presented the **Valued Team Member Award** last night by Assistant Site Manager, Will. Eric received a brand-new Apple iWatch for his outstanding work and living the Flagship Values. Eric consistently steps up when needed and jumps in when he sees something that he can work on.
When you see Eric on the floor, be sure to give him a pat on the back and thank him for all his hard work!
