Flagship’s IDEA Group members have been working hard behind the scenes for the last six months and are so proud to have helped launch the new Inclusion and Diversity platform. We thought it was past time to bring these folks out of the shadows and introduce themselves to you!

What does the IDEA Group mean to you? The IDEA group wants to recognize the diverse voices we have at Flagship and aims to utilize that diversity to create an equitable workplace.
Hobbies/Interests: Roller skating and home baking.
What are three words your friends would use to describe you? Thoughtful, approachable, and curious.
If you were an animal-what would you be? A quokka
What did you want to be when you were 5? Veterinarian
What superpower do you wish you had? Teleportation
What are you top three favorite songs? I think these are mostly songs I love to scream-sing in the car and are in no particular order:
