Flagship’s IDEA Group members have been working hard behind the scenes since June 2020 and are so proud to have helped launch the new Inclusion and Diversity platform. We thought it was past time to bring these folks out of the shadows and introduce themselves to you!

What does the IDEA Group mean to you? The IDEA group is a place to have honest real discussions regarding the differences in people and how they impact others. It has been a place to understand how actions and ideas are perceived differently depending on various frames of reference and backgrounds.
Hobbies/Interests: Road cycling and mountain biking with my husband who is my best friend, architecture and interior design, traveling to parts of the United States I have never seen before
What are three words your friends would use to describe you?Empathetic, calm, good communicator
If you were an animal-what would you be? Giraffe
What did you want to be when you were 5? Snow White
What superpower do you wish you had? Mind reading - but I would like to be able to turn it on and off as needed because I know it would not always be a ‘good’ thing!!
What are you top three favorite songs? I like a lot of different music, no particular favorite - but songs do tend to get ‘stuck’ in my head for a long while after I hear them (even if I don’t like them)! 😊
