Flagship’s IDEA Group members have been working hard behind the scenes for the last six months and are so proud to have helped launch the new Inclusion and Diversity platform. We thought it was past time to bring these folks out of the shadows and introduce themselves to you!
Job Title: Director of Human Resources
Work Location: San Jose, CA
Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy working with my hands (ie., construction, carpentry, automotive) and anything that allows me to be creative. I have done everything from small home projects to full kitchen and bath remodels. I also have a passion for anything related to cars, trucks, motorcycles, dirt bikes/ATVs. But my biggest joy in life is being with my family.
What does the IDEA Group mean to you: I am honored to be a part of this wonderful group of people who are working so hard to bring positive change that will allow all people, of all walks of life, to be represented, to be heard, to be respected, to be welcomed, and to be appreciated.
What impact do you hope the IDEA Group will have on Flagship: My hope is that the IDEA Group will not only be a catalyst for change within Flagship, but across the communities we live in. Diversity and Inclusion should not and cannot be just something we talk about after something bad happens, but rather, a way of life that we celebrate through our daily walk.
