# Skilled Trades Day
Categories: [Diversity & Inclusion](https://flagshipinc.com/category/diversity-inclusion/), [Skilled Trades Day](https://flagshipinc.com/category/skilled-trades-day/)
May 3rd is National Skilled Trades Day, dedicated to individuals working in an occupation that requires a specific skill set and education. Flagship would like to celebrate and express our appreciation for the contributions of our skilled trade team members across the organization. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to quality service are essential to keep our operations running efficiently.
We are proud to have such talented and capable professionals as part of our work family, and we extend our gratitude for their vital role in the company. Whether it be equipment operation, culinary professionals, electricians, maintenance technicians, or any other crucial role that helps fuel Flagship’s success, we thank you!
Please take a moment to recognize our skilled trades workers this week and express appreciation for their specialized contributions and all the great work that they do.
