Our PRIDE ERG's 2021 Call to Action at Flagship!
Since the first IDEA Group meeting in June 2020, we've talked a lot about taking action to move our diversity and inclusion needle (yes, I note the contradiction there!). Happily, we've taken action with awesome communications programs, volunteerism, community stewardship, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including our PRIDE ERG.
We need your help with our next action item!
We want to read/hear/watch and share your coming out stories. For those that are struggling to be authentic, these recountings can be powerful motivations - whether your coming out was a walk in the proverbial park or a hard hike up a steep mountain.
So - #ShareYourStory with the IDEA Group. Whether it's a few words, a term paper, or a short video - we'd love to learn more about your journey.
