Flagship’s IDEA Group members have been working hard behind the scenes for the last six months and are so proud to have helped launch the new Inclusion and Diversity platform. We thought it was past time to bring these folks out of the shadows and introduce themselves to you!

What does the IDEA Group mean to you? The IDEA Group gives me hope that future black employees will not have to face the obstacles that I had to face as a black man.
Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy reading, gardening, traveling and learning.
What are three words your friends would use to describe you? Energetic, balanced, leader.
If you were an animal-what would you be? A silverback gorilla - strong, protective, gentle and vegan.
What did you want to be when you were 5? A mercenary.
What superpower do you wish you had? The ability to change situations for the better.
