Which woman/women have influenced you the most in your professional life?

My mother and grandmother have taught me to be the woman I am today. Through their influence, I learned how to love unconditionally. How to be an independent woman by understanding the value of getting up every morning and working hard to earn everything you have. To never give up on your dreams and aspirations, no matter how farfetched they are. To never be afraid to speak up and speak out. To never be afraid to stand up for what is right, even if I am the only one standing. To be strong and carry on. We as women must believe we can achieve great things!

What has been your most significant contribution to Flagship’s history?

I believe that my most significant contribution to Flagship is my positive attitude. Knowing that I have a direct impact on allowing people to feel comfortable and welcomed when walking through our Flagship HQ is what keeps me going. Maintaining a positive attitude leads to greater happiness, fulfillment, and productivity.

What mark do you hope to make at Flagship?

If my influence in the workplace results in just a bit more human kindness and understanding, that will make me happy.
