# Women's History Month
Categories: [Diversity & Inclusion](https://flagshipinc.com/category/diversity-inclusion/), [Women's History Month](https://flagshipinc.com/category/womens-history-month/)
In March, we celebrate Women’s History Month to honor the legacy of the women before us and those leading the way today.
Whether your role model is someone from history, a mentor, a public figure, a family member, or a friend, this is a great time to show appreciation for all that women have fought for and contributed to equality and advancement.
This year’s Women’s History Month theme is *Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories*. From authors, journalists, news anchors, actors, bloggers and more, this year, we pay special tribute to those who have been active in all forms of media and storytelling.
